What is particular about our offer is that our guests (whether
family, a couple or friends) will always be our only guests and will
not have to share the suite with anyone else, but as well as the room
where they spend the night will have the bathroom and sitting room at
their complete disposal.
RESERVATIONS
After checking room availability, reservations can be made. To secure
a booking one third of the total amount due must be sent to Laura
Montigiani, Via Poggio al Tesoro 17, 50060 Consuma (Firenze). As soon
as the deposit arrives, confirmation of booking will be sent. To speed
up procedures and avoid mistakes you are requested to send the receipt
of your payment by e-mail.

CANCELLATIONS
For reservations cancelled up to one month before arrival date, the
whole amount will be refunded.
Up to 15 days before, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations received 14 days or less before arrival date, we
regret we are unable to refund.
NOTE
Guests who stay for three or more nights are entitled to a 10%
discount on the prices indicated above.
