* In the price not included: the heating (on consumption).
* In the price included: water’s consumption, gas, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning service, weekly change of linen and towels, use of: washing-machine, swimming pool, mountains bikes and parking lot, taxes (10%).
* 10% reduction on the cost of second week for 2 weeks booked.
All rooms are furnished with sheets, towels and table linen.
Period of closing: from 14/01 to 03/03 and from 28/10 to 01/12.
Daily booking: least 3 nights in low, 4 nights at Christmas and Easter.
Check-in: Saturday day from 5 pm to 9 pm; check-out: Saturday within 10,00 am.
Upon request, available daily cleaning: on payment.
Security: € 150 for apartment: the deposit will be returned on your departure.
During the booking it is in demand a down payment equal to the 30% of the whole cost of the stay.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES:
-30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period,
-50% from 44 to 20 days prior to rental commencement period,
-100% from 20 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
