Apartments

• Apartment "La Cantina" (The Wine cellar): Originally the wine cellar, the rooms are distinguished by cross-vaulted ceilings and very thick walls. These characteristics provided ideal temperatures for wine conservation even during the hotter periods. Today it features a large bedroom with bathroom and spacious living-room with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. It has a separate entrance with garden, 53 square metres and sleeps 2.
• Apartment "Betto": Betto was Bianchini's cousin and lived with his wife in the rooms behind the cellar; helped by his wife, he produced wine and all its by-products. The apartment features a bedroom with bathroom and a small living-room with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. It has separate entrance with garden, is 38 square metres and sleeps 2.
• Apartment "Gostino": Gostino looked after all the Bianchinis' farmyard animals. The apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living-room with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. At 98 square meters ,it has a separate entrance with garden overlooking a peach orchard and sleep 4.
• Apartment "Tabaccaia 1" (The Tobacco Tower): These premises were used to dry tobacco and even today, despite being on three floors and self-contained, they have kept all their characteristics. Each features a bedroom with bathroom, a large intermediate floor and a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. Each has a separate entrance overlooking the peach orchard, is 62 square metres and sleeps 2+1.
• Apartments "Tabaccaia 2" (The Tobacco Shed): These premises were used to dry tobacco and even today, despite being on three floors and self-contained, they have kept all their characteristics. Each features a bedroom with bathroom, a large intermediate floor and a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. Each has a separate entrance overlooking the peach orchard, is 62 square metres and sleeps 2+1.
• Apartments "Il Tondino" (The Lunge): There had to be a place where horses were made to relax before being saddled for a hard day's work. Today it is a double storey apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. It has separate entrance overlooking the peach orchard, is 68 square metres, and sleeps 4.
• Apartments "Il Granaio" (The Barn): This charming structure was originally a barn and still has bamboo walls. It has a bedroom with bathroom, living-room with kitchen, air conditioning and satellite TV. It has a separate entrance overlooking the peach orchard, is 40 square metres and sleeps 2.
• Apartments "Il Fienile" (The Hayloft): This charming structure was formerly a hayloft and still has bamboo walls. It has a bedroom with bathroom, living-room with kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV. It has separate entrance with garden, is 40 square metres and sleeps 2.
• Apartments "Nonno Duilio" (Grandpa Duilio): These were originally the rooms of the oldest member of the Bianchini family. Having handed over the reins to his son, he retired to this large home were he could receive his family every day. It has 3 bedrooms with private bathroom, a fridge bar and TV SAT, a spacious living-room with old fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It sleeps 6, and is a spacious 170 square metres. Private Chef and laundry service are also available.
• Apartment "I Bianchini": It was the old home of the head of the family and of his daughters Crezia, Carola and Beppa. It has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms a fridge bar and TV SAT, a spacious living-room with centuries-old fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It sleeps 8+1 and is 170 square metres. Private Chef and laundry service are available. For additional rooms with I Bianchini, also available Piccionaia (+2) and Seccatoio (+2).
• Apartment "Il Seccatoio" (The Drying Room): Originally a drying room for laundry and foodstuffs, it is now a tastefully furnished double bedroom. 24 square metres. It has its own bathroom, mini-bar, and satellite TV. It sleeps 2.
  
• Apartments "La Piccionaia" (The Pigeon loft) The pigeon loft is placed on the highest point of the whole hamlet and overlooks the whole estate. It features a spacious lounge and cosy bedroom with its own bathroom, mini-bar and satellite TV. 39 square metres. It sleeps 2.

  Our receptionist, Mr Francesco , will welcome you at will be glad to give you any information that you might need. You will be asked to give him the travel voucher or your booking and your Passport. He will give it back to you after the check-in registration. He will also show you your apartment. Only on Saturday from 05.00 pm to 07.00 pm

  by 10.00 am.
