In all accommodations, minimum stay is 3 days.
Apartments and Bedrooms
- 5 independent double or twin-bedded
bedrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with its own
bathroom, air-conditioning, central heating with satellite television.
The 5 bedrooms can be arranged to provide either double or twin
sleeping accommodation. Each room offers beautiful views of the
surrounding countryside. A plentiful Continental-style breakfast
is provided either in our reserved dining area, or on the sunny
terrace.
- 2 indipendent apartments include
fully fitted kitchens and wood-burning stoves. The larger apartment
has its own private terrace. Each is tastefully furnished with its
own bathroom, air-conditioning, central heating and satellite television
for your comfort. Your apartment does not include breakfast (unless
requested and with a modest additional charge of €10.00 per
guest per day).
Directions
- By Car:
From Rome & From Florence
Using the A1 Autostrada, take the exit for Monte San Savino. After
paying the toll charges, at the main road turn right heading for
Castiglion Fiorentino (SP39).
Follow the signs for Castiglion Fiorentino. At the Road junction
(T-Junction), turn Left towards Castiglion Fiorentino. At the traffic
lights, go straight on and follow the road towards Castiglion Fiorentino.
On entry to Castiglion Fiorentino, turn Right towards Cortona. At
the second set of traffic lights (just before a Q8 service station),
turn left heading towards Polvano. Then take the second turning
on the right (by the church) signed Pieve Di Chio. After reaching
Pieve Di Chio, continue driving for about a 700 meters you will
see 2 large pine trees, just before a small bridge, we are just
before the bridge on the right.
