- IL BOSCO: Ground floor duplex
located on the backside of the house with a private porch. Private
entrance. Bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen including
workspace, fridge and freezer - entirely decorated with hand-painted
tiles, fireplace and satellite TV. Bed space for three: brass frame
king size bed and a pull-out couch (a wooden wall separates the
master bedroom area from the pull-out couch).
- LA LOGGIA: First floor one-room
appartment located on the back-side of the house with a panoramic
view of the valley. Private access via an exterior staircase. Bathroom
with shower. Fireplace and satellite TV. Bed space for two: one
king size bed.
- LA TORRE: Two-floor duplex located
on the front side of the house, with its own separate entrance.
Spacious outdoors porch. Bathroom with shower. Fireplace equipped
with heat-conveying ducts into living room and bedroom. Satellite
TV. Spacious kitchen with ample work space, fridge and freezer.
Hand-painted wall tiles. Bed space for six: one king size bed, one
double-deck bunk bed and a couch with a pull-out double bed. Ground
floor: kitchen, living / dining room and couch / pull-out double
bed. First floor: bathroom, master bedroom decorated with antique
furniture and the double-deck bunk bed.
- LE DUE QUERCE: Two-floor duplex
located on the backside of the house with a panoramic view of the
valley. An exterior staircase to the first floor provides private
access to the appartment. Bathroom with shower located at first
floor. Second floor: living / dining room area, kitchen decorated
with hand-painted tiles, equipped with workspace, fridge and freezer.
Satellite TV. Master bedroom, decorated with antique furniture.
Bed space for four: one king size bed, one pull-out couch including
a double bed which can be separated into two single beds.
Directions
By Car:
Motorway A1 exit Arezzo. Go in direction Arezzo and at the traffic
lights, after 8 km, take direction for Sansepolcro.
After three traffic lights take the direction Sansepolcro- Palazzo
del Pero.
Arrived to Palazzo del Pero (20 km from the motorway exit) go across
the village and go in direction Santa Maria della Rassinata. after
1 km you can see the sign that point the end of Palazzo del Pero.
Take the first asfalthed way at left. Go for 2 km, arrive to a house
group and take the first not-asflthed way at rigt. Go for other 800
metri and you arrive at Ca'Lucano.

Passport. He will give it back to you after the check-in registration.
