Payment

• 30% deposit upon booking request confirmed (non refundable down payment)
• 70% one month before check in date.

Restrictions

• In all accommodations, during Season A, minimum stay is 3 days
• In all accommodations, during Season B, Season C, Season D, minimum stay is 7 days. Check In Sat only, Check Out Sat only
  

Apartments

• The nine apartments: divided in 2-room apartments for 2 guests and 3-room apartments for up to 4 guests. offer simple but yet elegant amenities, from furnishings to services, all with an eye to facillitating modern day living.

Directions

• By car: coming from Milano, Rome or Florence on the A1 "Autostrada del Sole", exit at the Valdichiana exit and take the superstrada toward Perugia. After a few kilometers, take the Cortona exit which brings you in the vicinity of the Abbacy of Farneta. (The abbacy is an historically significant sight to visit both for its 9th century crypt and for its museum of archeology and paleontology.) Continue through the valley, following the signs for Cortona until you arive at Camucia. Then, instead of climbing toward Cortona, take the State Road 71 in the direction of Arezzo. Once past Sodo (with its Etruscan tombs), you will come upon a view of Residence Il Casale on the right.
• By train: the closest station is the one in Camucia, but some express trains and Intercity trains stop at Terontola (approx. 10 kilometers from Cortona) while others stop in Arezzo (30 kilometers from Cortona and 25 kilometers from Residence Il Casale).

  Our receptionist, will welcome you at will be glad to give you any information that you might need. You will be asked to give him the travel voucher or your booking and your Passport. He will give it back to you after the check-in registration. he will also show you your apartment.

  The power supply is 220 Volts, the control board is near the apartment entrance door.
